We will ensure our goods sold are in new & working condition. Please ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, as in-store purchases are final. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase (damaged during shipment, wrong item, etc) you can contact us for an exchange/refund. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.
